Web Design Portfolio

I adore graphic and web design, always have, always will. I love to stuff my eyes full of wonderful design every single day, from online web and design galleries, to magazine layouts, album and book covers, billboards, food packaging, logos, clothing...

I also find web design and music have a lot in common - contrast and repetition, color / voice and style, proximity, symmetry, attention to detail, and doing things in threes. However while music is about self expression, good web design must serve a specific purpose.

Whenever I design any website, eNewsletter, or online interface, my focus is always on delivering what the end user needs, in a visual style which appeals to them and strengthens the message and brand we want them to see and feel.

I do this by combining good usability with solid graphic design principles and visual aesthetics; taking the mishmash of information to be displayed and organising it in a way which guides the user through a site, and gives them the tools they need to explore further on their own.

Behind the scenes I put my web development skillset to good use to create work which is W3C web standards compliant, fast, responsive, search-engine friendly, easy for my clients to update themselves, and easy for their site visitors to use and share.

Below are some examples of my recent website and eNewsletter designs, just click on the thumbnails to view them.
